Anyone who has not been able to receive the treatment they need because they can not afford it. The application and income documents provided will help determine the amount you need. You must receive the treatment at the Missouri Fertility clinic.
Grants are awarded quarterly for the Gift of Fertility and immediately for the Gift of Preservation. All applicants will receive a confirmation email of their submission which will include the next date for grants to be awarded.
There is currently no income cut offs, however need will be assessed by the grant committee. Some additional information, such as a budget form, may be requested to more accurately determine the correct grant amounts.
